What the claims cover, in plain language

Two points to settle early:

  • Other patents may exist. Air fryers are one of the most patent-active small appliances in the US, with large brands holding patents on baskets, handles and release buttons and enforcing them, so a freedom-to-operate (FTO) review of the handle lock is essential before tooling.
  • Fit to the appliance. The basket and handle must match the fryer’s drawer, cavity and safety interlocks; we design to your appliance or a new one.
